I had never heard of The Proactive Public Adjusting Group (PPAG) until we discovered that our roof leaked. We called Georgia Top Roofing Company (GTR), who was one of three contractors who came out, inspected and GTR was the one who covered the area of the leak. We went with GTR and they introduced us to The PPAG. I’m “Old School” so I was a little reluctant but I was completely wrong. We provided them the information they requested and they coordinated with the GTR team, USAA insurance adjuster and worked diligently to ensure they got the insurance company to fund a complete roof. There were a few minor hiccups but they kept us completely informed and the work that both did to replace the roof and repair the inside leaks were exceptiona!! Daniel has been such a blessing to our family! Proactive Public Adjusting Group will work hard on your behalf to get you and your home what is needed! He, in particular, was very communicative, he kept his word, returned all calls, and kept us informed every step of the way! Our case was thrown on him at the last minute and he still got us an answer within 3 business days! After a lot of games with Allstate, he was able to get our roof replaced 💯 with our new insurance company and we would recommend him and this company to anyone else who needs more representation when fighting with your insurance company for something that shouldn't be a fight to begin with. Proactive Public Adjusting Group worked with me and my roofing company during the process to get insurance to pay for the new roof replacement. Insurance just wanted to pay for patch repairs while the entire roof needed shingle replacement. We also had ceiling damage due to leaks in roof, and they tried to claim that it was not damaged by wind or storms. This organization did not give up, fought on our behalf all the way to final approvals. They took pictures several meetings with insurance adjuster and arranged for home inspector to look over the entire house and provide justification for roof replacement. If this group had not assisted us the insurance company would have not agreed to pay for the work. We are very grateful to all involved in this effort. First of all I would like to thank proactive for the hard work they’ve put into my claim it has been hard but they fought it from start to finish I enjoyed the amazing communication between the four parties myself, the adjuster , proactive and the contractor I was always kept in the loop no matter what when I would call for updates they would receive they scheduled my inspection within 2 days of submitting my claim and got my claim approved so fast i honestly appreciate the patience, transparency and honesty this company gave me I will be recommending to others this company was such a great help ~ Sharon B

We needed a new roof , after the most recent hurricane. I did not understand the homeowner's insurance terminology, their claim process, or much of anything else. So.........I hired Proactive Public Adjusters to handle everything for me. WOW.......................I'm GLAD I did. They took care of everything, and did an excellent job. They gave me weekly updates, and explained the process along the way. And she ( Laura ) ALWAYS answered the phone when I had questions. The end result was we got a new roof done by Kudos Construction, and we are very satisfied. ~ gard1

After 9 months of trying to factually negotiate with my insurance company to no avail, I had come to the conclusion that I would have to pay for my own roof repair despite never having made a previous insurance claim and all of the neighboring houses' roofs had been replaced in the last 5-7 years (I guess those same storms missed my house!). Working with Marlon at Supreme Roofing, he submitted my claims denial to Proactive and they got it approved to repair the significant damage that continued to build up with the delay. Paula Mendieta was great!!! She sent me weekly updates or calls and always gave me the comforting feeling that she will resolve this issue, and she did! Hi Five to Paula. I cannot say enough good things about this service and Paula. Just when you think the System is going to screw you over again, she charges in on her white horse and gets things done.
