He, in particular, was very communicative, he kept his word, returned all calls, and kept us informed every step of the way! Our case was thrown on him at the last minute and he still got us an answer within 3 business days! I had never heard of The Proactive Public Adjusting Group (PPAG) until we discovered that our roof leaked. We called Georgia Top Roofing Company (GTR), who was one of three contractors who came out, inspected and GTR was the one who covered the area of the leak. We went with GTR and they introduced us to The PPAG. I’m “Old School” so I was a little reluctant but I was completely wrong. We provided them the information they requested and they coordinated with the GTR team, USAA insurance adjuster and worked diligently to ensure they got the insurance company to fund a complete roof. There were a few minor hiccups but they kept us completely informed and the work that both did to replace the roof and repair the inside leaks were exceptiona!!
